In the physical space, I specialize in facility planning, equipment procurement/installation, vendor relationships, spatial organization, and optimizing employee experience. In the virtual space, I enable speedy onboarding, accessible information, and streamlined provisioning. 

In 15 years of supporting staff and laboratories in robotics, green energy, physical sciences, and life sciences, my passion lies in enabling technical staff to focus on what they do best by serving as a conduit between what they need and the vendors and systems they rely on. My sweet spot is early-stage startups transitioning from academic-scale research to pilot production, and I am excited to work on all scales of the interesting and dynamic problems that lie at the intersection of technical knowledge, human empathy, and regulatory compliance.
